Täielik komplekt värvipinna keraamiliseks pikaajaliseks katmiseks. Komplektis on kaks tihendustoodet (katmistoodet) - BASE COAT EVO ja GLOSSCOAT EVO - ning põhipuhastusvahend PREPARE ning kolm aplikaatorit. Täpselt nagu sõidukite värvkatted, koosnevad BASECOAT EVO ja GLOSSCOAT EVO mitmesugustest vedelatest vaikudest, mis põhinevad ränil/süsinikul ja lahustites suspendeeritud sideainetel. Õhus reageerivad koostisosad üksteisega sõltumatult ja ühinevad, moodustades väga tahke ja kemikaalikindla kile.
Keraamilised katted on väga vastupidavad. Olenevalt sõiduki värvist, katte erikoormusest ja katte hooldusest võib hea tulemus kesta üks kuni 3 aastat.
CC Evoga kaetud värvil on paranenud hüdrofoobia (pärlistumine), suurenenud keemiline vastupidavus ja parem UV-vastupidavus. Seega kate kaitseb kahjulike bioloogiliste mõjude eest, nagu putukate mustus, lindude väljaheited ja puuvaiguplekid...
Kasutamine:
ETTEVALMISTUS
Puhastage värvikiht põhjalikult ja poleerige poleerimismasinaga hologrammivabaks sügavläikeks. Vahetult enne katmist peavad pinnad olema täiesti puhtad. Selleks pihustage poleerimislapp Ultrafine SO-450-700 ja pühkige hoolikalt kõik töödeldavad pinnad.
KATMINE, 1. SAMM
Pihustage BASECOAT õhukeselt pealekandmispadja heledale küljele ja kandke risti töötamisel ulatuslikult ja õhukeselt värvipinnale. Töötle alati maksimaalselt umbes ½ m² osalisi alasid, vajadusel lisa toodet. Laske korraks kuivada ja seejärel pühkige pinda ettevaatlikult poleerimislapp Ultrafine SO-450-700 abil, et saavutada triipudeta viimistlus. Alles seejärel alustage järgmise osalise alaga ja veenduge alati, et alad kattuksid. Kui kogu osa on töödeldud, uurige seda uuesti ja pühkige kohe ära kõik ebakorrapärasused. Pärast seda, kui kõik sõidukid on BASECOAT`iga töödeldud, peab sõiduk seisma 1 tund, et kõveneda. Nüüdsest ei tohi töödeldud pinnad märjaks saada ega neid puudutada.
KATMINE, 2. SAMM
Kandke paar tilka GLOSSCOAT`i uue pealekandmispadja eredale poolele ja kandke ristsuunas töötades õhukeselt värvipinnale. Pärast 5-10-minutilist aurustumisaega pühkige üleliigne toode poleerimislapp Ultrafine SO-450-700 triipudevaba viimistluseni. Töödelge sel viisil kogu sõidukit ja laske seejärel kõveneda vähemalt 4 tundi. Selle 4 tunni jooksul ei tohi pindu puudutada ega märjaks saada. Kui aplikaator hakkab GLOSSCOATi pealekandmise ajal kõvastuma, on komplektis varupadjake. Pühkimiseks kasutatavat pealekandmiskäsna ja mikrokiudlappi (mikrokiudlappe) tuleb pesta kohe pärast seda või kasutada ainult puhastamiseks, et vältida mikrokriimustamist.
Tähelepanu!
- Töötlemise optimaalne temperatuur on 20°C kuni 30°C. Mitte töödelda temperatuuril alla 10°C
- Esimese tunni jooksul saab kõik märkamata jäänud plekid või triibud lahustada ja eemaldada Prepare'iga
- Kaetud pinda ei tohi pesta (pesuvahendiga) esimese nädala jooksul pärast töötlemist
- Ärge poleerige sõidukit pärast seda kui see on kaetud SONAX Profline CC Evo-ga!
SONAX PROFILINE Ceramic Coating CC Evo
Complete set for the ceramic long-term sealing (coating) of paintwork. The set contains two sealing products - BASE COAT EVO and GLOSSCOAT EVO - and the basic cleaner PREPARE as well as three applicators. Just like a vehicle paintwork, BASECOAT EVO and GLOSSCOAT EVO consist of a polymer network of various liquid resins based on silicon/carbon and binding agents suspended in solvents. In the air, the ingredients react independently with each other and combine to form a very solid and chemical-resistant film.
Directions for use:
PREPARATION.
Clean paintwork thoroughly and polish to a hologram free deep shine with a polishing machine. Immediately prior to the sealing the surfaces have to be absolutely clean. For this, spray PREPARE onto a SONAX MICROFIBRE CLOTH ULTRAFINE SO-450-700 and thorougly wipe all the surfaces to be treated.
SEALING, STEP 1
Spray BASECOAT thinly onto the bright side of an Application Pad and, working crosswise, apply extensively and thinly to the paintwork. Always treat partial areas of about ½ m² maximum, apply more product, if necessary. Allow to dry briefly and then carefully wipe the surface with a SONAX MICROFIBRE CLOTH ULTRAFINE SO-450-700 to achieve a streak-free finish. Only then start with the next partial area and always make sure the areas overlap. Once a complete part is treated, examine it again and immediately wipe away any irregularities. After the entire vehicles has been sealed with BASECOAT, the vehicle has to stand for 1 hour to harden. From now, the treated surfaces must not get wet or be touched.
SEALING, STEP 2
Apply a few drops of GLOSSCOAT to the bright side of a new Application Pad and, working crosswise, apply thinly to the paintwork. After an evaporation time of 5-10 minutes, wipe off excess product with a SONAX MCIROFIBRE CLOTH ULTRAFINE SO-450-700 to a streak-free finish. Treat the entire vehicle in this way and afterwards allow a hardening time of at least 4 hours. During these 4 hours, the surfaces should neither be touched nor get wet. Should the applicator begin to harden during the application of GLOSSCOAT, there is a spare pad in the set. The Application Sponge and the Microfibre Cloth(s) used for wiping, should be washed immediately afterwards or used only for cleaning purposes to avoid micro scratching.
Please note!
The optimum temperature for processing is between 20°C and 30°C. Do not process at temperatures below 10°C
Within the first hour, any missed stains or streaks can be dissolved and removed with Prepare
The coated vehicle should not be washed within the first week after treatment
Do not polish the vehicle after it has been sealed!
