DEFA LifeboatCharger is a 12V, 5A maintenance charger designed for life boats/rescue boats with 42VAC gripping tension and suits battery sizes from 15Ah til 100Ah. Can be used on all types of lead/acid batteries (AGM, Gel and free ventilated).
The charger is electric isolated (double isolated). The charger is cast-in and therefore waterproof and endures great strains. This charger is especially well suited where there is only one battery, i.e. in a small MOB boat.
This is a pure maintenance charger and we do not recommend parallel flow rate above 1A on each channel.
